- After holding the temporary visa for a specific period and meeting the necessary requirements, the applicant becomes eligible for the permanent Subclass 100 visa.
Eligibility Requirements
- The Australian partner must be an eligible sponsor, meeting certain criteria, including being an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen, and not having previously sponsored too many partners.
