Fostering Global Workforce Excellence with TIA GLOBAL: Navigating the employer sponsored visa pathway
Enterprises possessing an approved standard business sponsorship (Sbs) have the privilege to endorse foreign employees when requisite skills are unavailable within the local labor market. This sponsorship mechanism empowers a nominator to support employees either temporarily or on a permanent basis. The following is a list of visas assessable to eligible employers.

Employer-Sponsored Visas Generally Involve a Three-Step Process
Employer Nomination
The employer applies to become an approved sponsor and nominates the skilled worker for a particular occupation.
Visa Application
The nominated skilled worker then applies for the relevant visa based on the nomination.
Decision and Grant
If the visa application is successful, the skilled worker can work in Australia and, in the case of permanent visas, eventually apply for Australian citizenship.
